Florence, Italy - June 22, 2012

Florence! Started with a tour of the Accademia Museums to see Michelangelo's David, then around the sights of Florence and its cathedral, street scenes, the "pig market," palaces, and bridges. Then back to our hotel for cooling down in the swimming pool.

Florence, Italy - June 21, 2012

Bus to Florence today, where we performed at the nursing home in the lovely chapel with awesome acoustics and a very appreciative audience. We then enjoyed a reception with beautiful view over the city, Italian pizza dinner, ...and of course singing in the restaurant as well as while strolling the streets of Florence!

Venice, Italy - June 20, 2012

Venice - our day continued to the church where Vivaldi worked and wrote the "Gloria" (which Bella sang in December), singing in front of St Mark's cathedral, gelato, (pigeon attack on Mark), squid dinner(!), risotto beforehand, and the boat "home" to our hotel.

Treviso, Italy

Pictures from Treviso, Italy 31 degrees (yup, that's 88F!), but we found GELATO (look carefully at the impromptu singing pictures for proof of the technique of how to sing while eating gelato: sing - rest - lick lick - rest, sing - rest - lick lick - rest, sing!). Lots of different kind of people stopped to enjoy, kids, young women, some guys on their bikes home from work.
